1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to LuxePassport, accessing our website, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Subscription Services
LuxePassport offers monthly and annual subscription plans for curated destination-themed boxes. Each issue contains four objects and one printed essay, shipped to subscribers within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
- Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders from our US distribution hub via tracked domestic post. Delivery typically takes five to seven business days from dispatch. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Billing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription amount plus applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive any boxes already paid for.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for defective or damaged items upon receipt of photographic evidence. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for boxes already dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of LuxePassport and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxePassport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
